Ashley Moore Fens
Owner & President

Ashley has been a part of the Weyh Roberts team since 2006.  After majoring in Media Studies and a Concentration in advertising/marketing she found her career in the promo and print business. Ashley is uniquely positioned to guide her customers in the promotional products creative process.

Let her do the heavy lifting, hand picking products that are best for your specific needs.  With thousands of product manufacturers and millions of products to choose from, she simplifies the process, guides customer towards their specific product needs.

When she was presented with the opportunity in late 2017 to take over the business, she graciously accepted.  In April of 2018, Weyh Roberts & Moore Fens was official, and we haven’t skipped a beat.

 

Donna Weyh Roberts
Founder

Donna has been involved in the Custom Print and Promotional Products industry for almost 40 years. 
Having been in sales and sales management with two other Forms Manufacturers for 16 years, her background afforded her the knowledge and opportunity to found and run Weyh Roberts & Associates for 24 successful years.

In early 2018, Donna made the decision to switch things up and sold the business to her protégée of 13 years, Ashley Moore Fens, which was another high point of her career!

Donna is currently working on Biz Dev for Weyh Roberts & Moore Fens along with fulfilling her responsibilities as VP of Croix Connect, Inc.

Brian D. Roberts
CEO, Croix Connect and Group Chair, Vistage Worldwide

Brian is a Senior Advisor to (WRMF management team) on the company’s vision, growth strategy, and operations. Brian brings over 30 years of experience in operations, and is the CEO of his own company, Croix Connect, where he assists small to medium size businesses owners develop themselves as leaders and grow their businesses.

He is also a Group Chair for Vistage Worldwide, the world’s largest chief executive leadership organization.  Each group is made up of leaders who meet monthly to learn best practices, become better leaders, solve important business issues together, and improve their companies.   He runs three Vistage executive peer groups in Washington DC Metro area, working with over 45 executives from a diverse set of businesses.
